Refund policy

At JewelsStar, we ensure that all our jewelry is of the highest quality before it reaches you. In the rare event that your item is damaged or defective upon delivery, we are happy to assist with a return or replacement. Please carefully read the return guidelines below:

Return Eligibility for Damaged or Defective Products

• Returns are only accepted for items that are damaged or defective upon receipt.
• To qualify for a return or exchange, you must provide a clear unboxing video that shows the package being opened and clearly captures the damage or defect in the product.
• The unboxing video should clearly show the unopened package, the opening process, and the damaged or defective item within the box.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Steps for Returning a Damaged or Defective Item

1. Record an unboxing video as soon as you receive the package, ensuring that the packaging and the jewelry are clearly visible.
2. If the product is damaged or defective, contact our customer service team at [support@jewelsstar.in] within 5 days of receiving the product. Attach the unboxing video for review.
3. Upon review and approval of the video, we will provide you with return instructions or arrange for a replacement.
4. Pack the jewelry securely in its original packaging, and send it back following the return instructions we provide.
5. Once we receive the item, we will either send a replacement or issue a refund as per your preference.
6. "The delivery charges will not be included in the amount to be refunded."

Refunds and Replacements

• Refunds will only be processed after we have reviewed the unboxing video and inspected the returned item.
• Shipping costs for returning damaged or defective items will be covered by JewelsStar.
• Please allow 5-7 business days for refunds to be processed.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Important Notes

• No returns will be accepted for any reasons other than damage or defects.
• Failure to provide an unboxing video will void the eligibility for a return or replacement.
• Items that show signs of wear or damage after delivery will not be accepted for return.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom orders
• Earrings and other pierced jewelry (due to hygiene reasons)
• Gift cards
