Standard Shipping Policy
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates vary based on the destination. We offer standard shipping with the following estimated delivery times:
* Domestic Shipping: 5-7 business days.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the carrier’s website with the provided tracking number.
4. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if the package is unclaimed, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
5. Shipping Delays
Occasionally, shipping delays may occur due to factors outside of our control (e.g., customs delays, weather conditions, etc.). While we are not responsible for such delays, we will assist in tracking your package if needed.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not liable for any lost or damaged packages. However, if your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
